We will start with a free 15 minute phone consultation.  

In this time we will:

• discuss what it is you are hoping to get out of our time together

• ask any questions you may have

• schedule your first appointment.

0nLine sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes in length.  

First session: We’ll discuss what you hope to gain from our time together and get to know one another. You can discuss as much or as little as you like.

Future sessions: Sessions are scheduled regularly (typically weekly, but occasionally bi-weekly or monthly).  Depending on several factors, the length of therapy can range from short-term (4-6 sessions) to longer-term therapy (20 or more sessions).  All clients have the right to end their participation in therapy at any time.

You don't need to leave the comfort and safety of your home to speak with me and get the help you deserve. All sessions are completely secure and confidential.

My online counselling rates are also offered on a sliding scale. Sessions are available Monday through Friday in the evening and Saturday and Sunday during the day.

Individual talk therapy $150/50 minutes* (Payment is due before the start of your session)                                                   

Those requiring a PWYC (pay what you can) rate will be negotiated individually, below the $150.00/hour rate.

**Some therapies are covered under Extended Health Plans through your employer/private coverage.  Please inquire with your provider to determine if you qualify, and receipts can be issued.

                                                                                                                                            Currently, I am available Monday through Friday, in the evenings, and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (last appointment at 2 p.m.).
